This location had convenient parking just outside the limited traffic zone. It made day trips easy. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices. the hotel staff handled my car efficiently upon checkout..

the air conditioning was not turned on in april, and i was told it wasn't an option at that time, despite being advertised.

the front desk sent directions immediately to avoid the ztl. upon arrival, i received a warm greeting and an unexpected room upgrade. the bartender was pleasant and the car service was prompt.

Excellent Stay Near the City Center

i found the free parking very convenient, especially so close to the city center. the breakfast offered a wide selection of food and drinks (the coffee was particularly good!). i also liked that the staff were friendly and always happy to help with directions.

i did find that the room i stayed in was quite noisy, especially in the early morning when i could hear sounds from the nearby hall and other rooms.

uneven experience near the city center

poor soundproofing

The noise was a major issue. the soundproofing between rooms is virtually non-existent. I heard everything. the air conditioning was also not working, a big problem since the room felt stuffy and i was told it's not turned on in april. parking was difficult too. The spaces are tiny.
